TISCO Financial Group received Top Corporate Governance Report Awards 2012 from the SET Awards 2012, organized by the Stock Exchange of Thailand and Money and Banking Magazine. The Award was presented to listed companies with outstanding corporate governance reports considering information disclosed in the Annual Report, Annual Registration Statement (Form 56-1), AGM Notice to shareholders and AGM minutes.

Outstanding Securities Company Awards 2012 - Retail Investors

TISCO Securities received Outstanding Securities Company Awards 2012 - Retail Investors from the SET Awards 2012, organized by the Stock Exchange of Thailand and Money and Banking Magazine. The Award was presented to listed companies that have excellent performance. There were two areas of consideration: the outstanding ability and good service to operate as a broker and performance of securities analysis and qualified portfolio that has covered a wide range of securities based on quantitative and qualitative data on the key areas. Top Bank in the Secondary Market for Corporate Bonds Awards 2012

TISCO Bank Public Company Limited has been rated as Top Bank in the Secondary Market for Corporate Bonds for the year 2012 by The Asset Currency Bond Benchmark Survey, a survey of institutional investors in more than 300 institutions for the service. dealers of various countries. Ratsadakorn-pipat Awards 2011

TISCO Bank Plc. and TISCO Asset Management Co., Ltd. received Ratsadakorn-pipat Award 2011, organized by the Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance. The Ratsadakorn-pipat Award Ceremony is held annually in order to give recognition to taxpayers who have complied with regulations and paid their taxes on time. The award given aims to promote the role of being a good and responsible taxpayer. For corporate taxpayers, the award encourages corporate governance that complies with tax-filing regulations. The compliance will lead to an increase in the government’s revenue as a whole. This year the award is given to 11 individual taxpayers and 109 corporate taxpayers from all over the country.

TISCO Financial Group received the Board of the Year Awards 2010/2011 from the Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD), in collaboration with the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), The Thai Chamber of Commerce, The Federation of Thai Industries, the Thai Bankers Association and the Listed Companies Association. 

For 2010/2011, TISCO Financial Group Plc. received 2 prestigious awards, “Board of the Year for Distinctive Practices” and “Audit Committee of the Year” The awards were held once every two years to honor the top performing boards of the SET listed companies and helped promote good corporate governance practice.

The award is given to fund management firms that have overall excellent fund's performance , which base on the returns of the funds in at least two types of funds are equity funds and fixed income funds. Lipper Fund Awards 2010 - Thailand Best Equity Fund Group

TISCO Asset Management Co., Ltd. won an award for "Thailand Best Equity Fund Group" from Lipper Fund Awards 2010. The awards held annually in 23 countries worldwide to honor funds and fund management firms that have delivered strounger and more consistent performance than their peers for the three-year time period according to Lipper's Consistent Return measure, which base on risk-adjusted performance, consistent return and preservation of capital.

Best Dealer Compliance Awards 2006,2007 and 2009

TISCO Bank Plc. received the "Best Dealer Compliance 2006, 2007 and 2009" at the Best Bond Awards organized by Thai Bond Market Association. The awards honor bond dealer who demonstrated high standard of practice in compliance with rules and regulations and cooperation with ThaiBMA.

Best Managed Company Awards 2009

TISCO Bank Plc. was voted one of Thailand’s Best Managed Companies in Asia’s Best Managed Companies Poll 2009 by AsiaMoney Magazine in the Small-cap category, which covers firms with a total market capitalization of under USD 500 Million. The result reflects the opinions of Fund Manager, Head of Research and Senior Analysts, in the Asian region focusing on top performance and quality management.

Best Managed Company Awards 2008

TISCO Bank Plc. was voted one of Thailand’s Best Managed Companiesin Asia’s Best Managed Companies Poll 2008 by Finance Asia Magazine in the Mid-Cap category, which covers firms with a total market capitalization of between USD 100 Million to USD 1 Billion. The result reflects the opinions of investment analysts and institutional investors in the Asian region. TISCO Group emphasizes information disclosure. Therefore, regular meetings with both local and international investors were held to illustrate TISCO Group’s policies, exchange viewpoints, and respond to any queries from stakeholders.

In addition, the Thai Institute of Directors (IOD) ranked TISCO Bank as 1 of 22 listed companies with “Excellent” corporate governance recognition levels in the Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies in 2008 (CGR 2008).
